- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery timelines:

- Express Shipping–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or courier disruptions.
- Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Domestic addresses within Nigeria
If we do not ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
- Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
- Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the courier
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
- Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
